The Swedish Broadcast Company’s SVT Sport built and placed their temporary broadcast centre on to the roof of SSILS’ classroom location. Getting in and out of the building was not significantly affected but made for interesting viewing while the crane crew was working. A Whistler company named Whistler Wired, from whom SSILS leases it’s classroom space, won a significant contract to manage the building and installation of SVT Sport’s broadcast headquarters.
